During clinic hours we aim to answer your calls, e-mails and messages promptly.  On occasion, you may reach our 24 hour answer phone, if this is the case, please leave a message.

With all communications, we aim to respond the same day or at least within 24 hours.

Response times may vary at the weekends, during the Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.

We understand that life changes and doesn’t always run to plan, so there may be times when you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment.

All patients are asked to arrive on time for their appointments.

On arrival please park on the driveway outside the Clinic French Doors.

Please wait in your car, I will invite you into clinic at your appointment time.

•  R11 Surgical Face Masks must be wore throughout your clinic visit

•  Masks will be provided for every patient if you do not have one

•  Mask Exceptions: ONLY babies under 2 years

•  Hand Sanitiser on entry and exit

PAYMENT POLICY

All patients are asked to pay for their treatment at the time of their appointment.

We accept contactless payments and most credit/debit cards including American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We do not accept cheques.

MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER

Most Medical Insurance Companies provide cover for Osteopathic treatment and laboratory testing. Some require a GP referral, other health insurance schemes, such as Simply Health do not.

Please contact your relevant insurance company for further information about the benefits of your individual policy.

We can provide receipts for your treatment, which contain all the relevant information that any insurance company would require to reimburse you. These will be sent to you via email in PDF format.

OFF-WORK CERTIFICATES

Off-work certificates can be provided for your employer. They are available to all patients with no charge applicable, so you do not have to arrange to see your GP unnecessarily.
