- Instead of sugar, which is often used by other companies, Lamberts® use a special type of sweet tasting soluble fibre called fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) to sweeten their Chewable Calcium.
- FOS is a natural material, extracted from chicory root and has the benefit of not causing tooth decay. Furthermore preliminary studies show FOS can enhance the absorption of calcium.
- Each tablet provides a full 400mg of calcium, 2.5µg of vitamin D and 1000mg of FOS.
Directions
- Children: 4+ Years: Chew 1 Tablet Daily
- Adults: Chew 1 to 2 Tablets Daily
- Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake, without taking advice from your clinician.
