TO ALL MY PATIENTS AND CUSTOMERS

I hope you and your families and friends are continuing to stay safe and well as we all continue to navigate the Coronavirus pandemic.

My clinical practice continues to stay Covid-Secure with the strict implementation of the following health and safety protocols and hygiene procedures.

As your healthcare professional my focus is to continue to look after everyone in my clinical environment.

HEALTH SCREENING FORM

A Covid-19 Screening Form will be sent digitally by SMS Text or Email, 24 hours before your appointment. Mandatory completion is required before attending your appointment.

ATTEND APPOINTMENTS ALONE

All patients must come into clinic alone, however we do understand that some patients may need to be driven to appointments and require assistance with walking in and out of clinic. Exceptions: children under 16.

FACEMASKS

Everyone entering my clinical practice is required to wear a R11 surgical face mask. This will be provided if you do not have one.

ONLY EXCEPTIONS: Children under 2

HAND SANITISER

Hand sanitiser is provided which all patients must use on entry and exit of my clinical practice.

TEMPERATURE CHECK

All patients will be temperature checked on arrival in clinic.

PPE

As your healthcare professional I wear a face mask and full PPE equipment in clinic and during all treatments.

CLEANING

Additional and extensive cleaning protocols are in place and carried out between each patient and at the end of the clinical day.

STAGGERED APPOINTMENT TIMES

All appointments are staggered to allow for cleaning in between patients. Please attend your appointment at your allocated time. If early, please wait in your car, I will invite you into clinic at your appointment time.
